As per research, sugar free soda contains an artificial sweetener called Aspartame which provides the same amount of relief as anti-inflammatory agents.
When you are undergoing medical treatment for arthritis, some medicines can result in a loss of calcium from your body, resulting in osteoporosis. Hence, in order to counteract this effect, make sure that your daily diet consists of enough amount of calcium.
