  • Difficulty in passing stool
  • Radiates to the lower limbs
  • Diminished bowel and bladder control
  • Weight loss that cannot be explained by other causes
  • Fever, nausea, and vomiting is present
  • Loss of sensation in the legs, feet, groin, or rectal area
